WordWise 11+ is developed and operated by Fine-Tuners. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Fine-Tuners. References to "you" mean the person using the app or, where the user is a child, their parent or guardian.
By downloading or using WordWise 11+, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You may use the app solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@fine-tuners.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
WordWise 11+ offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription.
Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Where a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Trial eligibility is determined at our discretion and limited to one per user.
All content within WordWise 11+ — including word lists, definitions, questions, design, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Fine-Tuners and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without our prior written permission.
While we strive for accuracy in all educational content, WordWise 11+ is a revision aid and does not guarantee any specific exam result. Content is regularly reviewed and updated, but 11+ exam formats can vary by school and region. We recommend using the app alongside other revision resources.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine-Tuners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@fine-tuners.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
