We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register.
- Profile data: exam date, study preferences, and subscription status.
- Usage data: flashcards reviewed, test scores, streaks, and session times — used solely to personalise your learning experience.
- Device information: operating system and app version, used for bug fixes and compatibility improvements.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the app's features and educational content.
- To send study reminders and streak alerts — only if you enable them.
- To send daily vocabulary emails — only if you opt in and provide an email address.
- To process subscription payments securely via Apple App Store or Google Play.
4. Children's Privacy
We take extra care when children use our app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents or guardians may request deletion of their child's data at any time by emailing

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@fine-tuners.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and payment processing.
